Financial insights that enable better decisions.

It’s not enough to meet legal requirements alone. Your financial records should be a source of strategic value — what costs money, where savings exist, what to fund next. That’s accounting at the level of a business partner, not just administration.

Complete range of services — from daily transaction entry to strategic analysis.

Bookkeeping and general ledger management
Every transaction is tracked. Consistent entry, ongoing reconciliation, clear expense classification. You know exactly what you have, where the money is, and there are no surprises during audits.
VAT and tax filings
Accurate VAT calculations, timely submissions, zero risk of penalties or interest charges. We monitor regulatory changes to keep you informed ahead of others.
Annual financial statements
Complete, audited annual reports — for auditors, for lenders, for investors. Formats that domestic banks and international partners recognize and understand.
Liquidity analysis and forecasting
We know what happens in coming months — where cash shortfalls occur, where surpluses accumulate, what you need to plan for. No surprises, time to act.
Financial reviews for investors and lenders
When you need funding or a credit line, we present your company in the language lenders and investors understand — clear numbers, consistent figures, no improvisation.
Consolidation and intercompany transactions
For companies with multiple legal entities — separate statements, consolidated statements, clear intercompany transactions with no risk.

Three types of partners we work with most often.

Domestic mid-market and small businesses
Businesses that have outgrown the startup phase and need professional financial oversight, but lack the budget for in-house teams. No time for “email and Excel” relationships with local accountants. They need systems that scale.

What we solve: We take on administrative burden, free you to focus on sales and growth, ensure accounting doesn’t become a constraint. You get monthly reviews — what happened, where money went, what changed.

Foreign companies with representation in Serbia
You must understand domestic laws precisely — VAT, personal income tax, registration, intercompany transactions, transfer pricing where applicable. Without errors. You need a local contact who speaks your language and understands both your group structure and local regulations.

What we solve: We manage your local cash and general ledger according to domestic law, even though economics report to the parent company. We handle transfer pricing, intercompany transactions, local compliance without your parent company’s IT or finance team in another country needing involvement.

Startups and growth-stage businesses
Startups focus on product and market, not finances. You need to understand what remains after expenses, when profitability arrives, what needs to change. You need financial reports that are credible to investors, without “creativity” that collapses under audit.

What we solve: We establish financial fundamentals from day one — clean cash accounts, clear cost categories, realistic liquidity forecasts, reports that look like those from an established company. When investors arrive, they see order and competence, not chaos.

Three times more efficient than the alternative approach.

In-house team
Expensive — salaries, benefits, training
Slow adaptation — training time required
Knowledge loss when a team member departs
No strategic value — just administration
Konto 6: Pay only for services, stable and trained team, access to specialists, proactive advisory
Small local agency
Superficial work — data entry without analysis
No specialization — one person does everything
No access to foreign tax or legal advisory
Weak system infrastructure — Excel and free tools
Konto 6: Strategic approach, specialized teams by function, network of connected experts, professional systems
Big4 (Deloitte, PwC, BDO, etc.)
Expensive — premium pricing
Slow communication — layers between you and expertise
Focused on large engagements, not mid-market
Inflexible — bureaucracy instead of speed
Konto 6: Direct access to specialists, fast responses, affordable pricing, customized teams, personal contact

How it works — from first contact to ongoing reporting.

Phase 1: Initial review
We discuss your company — where you are, what you do, how it’s structured, what issues occurred with previous accountants, what you need. No obligation. We determine whether there’s a fit between our capabilities and your needs.
Phase 2: Collection and onboarding
If we agree to work together, we start gathering — documents, receipts, existing ledgers (if any), bank statements. You participate when necessary, but no more — we handle the heavy work.
Phase 3: Analysis and reconciliation
We enter everything into the system, reconcile bank statements to the ledger, identify and resolve discrepancies, classify everything by law. If we have questions, we contact you directly, not via email chains.
Phase 4: Reporting and discussion
You get monthly or quarterly reviews — what happened, where money went, what changed, what you need to know. We discuss the numbers, answer questions, provide recommendations for next steps.

Experience across industries — from IT to manufacturing.

Technology and IT services
Specific challenge: Revenue grows quickly, but structure is complex — multiple simultaneous projects, different revenue types, often foreign clients, often foreign staff.

How we solve it: Clear project classification, profitability tracking by project, multi-currency support, compliance with laws for foreign employees.

Manufacturing and retail
Specific challenge: Inventory, production costs, multiple warehouses, often international supply chains, VAT and customs issues with imported goods.

How we solve it: Inventory tracking with loss provisions, cost of goods sold calculations, import/export support, VAT handling at year-start and year-end.

Consulting and agencies
Specific challenge: Revenue based on time, projects, or retainers; costs are mostly salaries; you need profitability by client/project.

How we solve it: Revenue tracking by client/project, detailed profitability analysis, multi-currency support, monthly review of profitability.

Frequently asked questions

It depends, but usually 2-4 weeks. First we clean up history, then establish order, then start regular entry. You participate as needed, but not full-time.
It depends on company size, transaction volume, and add-on services (tax advisory, consolidation, etc.). Usually 30-50% less than large firms, and somewhat more than a local accountant — but you get strategic review, not just data entry. Feel free to call for an estimate.
We have a network of specialized tax and legal advisors — available through us as part of the core service. No need for a new agency or waiting for contact. We coordinate.
Digital is fine — scanned, photographed, or directly from your bank’s system if possible. You keep the originals. If we need originals (rare, only for deep review), we arrange it.
No. We work independently — gathering documents, reading emails, analyzing everything. We need you 2-3 times a month for short conversations (15-30 min) — for questions, clarifications, trend discussions. That’s it.
